Prices start from SGD4.80 per dish. 

Menu Highlights

Star dishes include Spice Brasserie’s Combination Rice (SGD6.80) that is served with Black Char Siew and Crispy Pork Roll. Their Black Char Siew is slow cooked on the grill to achieve a sticky caramelized exterior, while remaining tender and juicy within, thanks to a secret recipe sauce concocted by the team. Another must-try is the Signature Seafood Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (SGD6.80), a dish that is meticulously cooked in batches on the charcoal fire to produce a light umami broth that is then topped with a generous serving of white clams, barramundi and *oysters. Seafood lovers can also savour the latest addition of XO Sauce Clams in Claypot (SGD7.80). *Available for dinner only.Signature Seafood Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (SGD 6.80)A befitting tribute to the hotel’s location in the heart of Little India and offers of North and South Indian fare, diners must sample the Assorted Naan with Goan Fish Curry (SGD5.80).
